Refund Policy

At The Aesthetics Loft, we are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Please note that due to the nature of our services and treatments, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds as results can vary significantly from one individual to another.

However, we understand the importance of achieving your desired outcome, which is why we offer complimentary touch-ups during follow-up appointments when our specialists deem them necessary.

If you require additional treatments to meet your aesthetic goals, these will be considered separate services and charged accordingly.

All services and treatments at The Aesthetics Loft are nonrefundable. Treatment results vary from patient to patient. Aside from certain touchups done at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment.


Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. In order to accommodate all of our clients effectively, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer your slot to another client on our waiting list.

All cancellations/reschedules should be made 48 hours in advance. If they are made in less than 48 hours, we will charge the card on file a $125 cancellation fee, which will be donated to children in need.
