Refund Policy

At The Aesthetics Loft, we are dedicated to excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our services and treatments, all sales are final. Results can vary from person to person.

We offer complimentary touch-ups during follow-up appointments when our specialists deem them necessary.

If additional treatments are needed to achieve your goals, they will be considered separate services and charged accordingly.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your time to another client. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $125 cancellation fee, which will be donated to children in need.
