No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatments or services, as individual results may vary based on skin type, body response, and other factors.

Touch-Up Policy

• Complimentary touch-ups may be offered during follow-up appointments if deemed necessary by our specialists.
• Any additional treatments beyond what is included in the original service will be considered separate and billed accordingly.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a $125 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This amount will be donated to children in need.
• No-shows will also incur this fee.
